Serving the Poor. Protecting the Vulnerable. Restoring Human Dignity.

Fatima Outreach Foundation’s mission in Vietnam began with a desire to serve people living in poverty and to respond to the vulnerabilities that can place women and children at risk of human trafficking and exploitation.
Our work takes us into poor and underserved communities, including areas of northern Vietnam near the border with China, where poverty, limited educational opportunities, hunger, and the search for employment can leave individuals and families particularly vulnerable.
We believe that human trafficking prevention must begin before a person is trafficked. Prevention means helping families recognize the dangers of trafficking, helping children remain in school, providing food and basic necessities to families experiencing poverty, and supporting young mothers who may be struggling to provide food and nutrition for their babies and small children.
For this reason, our Vietnam Mission combines human trafficking prevention and awareness, education assistance, food and nutritional support, and compassionate outreach to vulnerable families.
Through our different mission programs, we help provide school tuition, educational supplies, uniforms, shoes and clothing, food, nutritious meals, infant formula, and other basic necessities according to the needs of the communities we serve.
At the heart of everything we do is the dignity of the human person. We do not want to see people simply as poor, vulnerable, or at risk. We see mothers, children, families, and individuals created in the image and likeness of God, each possessing immeasurable dignity and deserving of compassion, protection, opportunity, and hope.
Our mission is inspired by the love and mercy of Jesus Christ and His call to serve Him in those who are hungry, poor, vulnerable, and forgotten.
“Whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me.”
Matthew 25:40
